Stevioside
Molecular Formula: C38H60O18 Stevioside is the third natural
succedaneum of cane sugar and beet sugar with development and
health-care value, extracted form the leaves of the herbal
vegetable of the composite family-stevia rebaudianum, as well as
"the 3rd Sugar Resources of the World" honored internationally.
Stevioside has been exported to American, European, Australia,
Japan, Korea, South Asia etc, as a new natural sweet agent. Its
safety has been confirmed by FAO and WHO. Japanese food additives
groups has determined stevioside as the sweet agent unnecessary for
special limits. It has been used in foods, drinks, medicines and
daily chemicals. Sweet Grade & Taste: The sweet grade &
taste of Stevia is the conjunct effective result of several
ingredients. Till now there are six ingredients assured. In which
stevioside is the most important one, about 60-70%, which is as 300
times sweet as that of cane sugar. Following is Rebaudioside A,
about 15-20%, which is as 450 times sweet as that of cane sugar
while it's sweetness quality is the most proximate one to cane
sugar. Stevioside owns the following features:
1. 100% natural,250-300 times sweeter than cane sugar; sugarless
with no calories and has a delicious & refreshing taste. The
stevia is specially suitable for diabetics, obesity,
arteriosclerosis, dental caries, and so on.
2. High safety and healthy. Stevia rebaudiana bertoni is a
perennial composite herb that is native to the Amambay Mountain
region between Paraguay and Brazil. Indians used this herb as
treatment of influenza and fistula hyperemia and as sweetener for
hundreds of years. 3. High stability and economical to use. Stevia
sugar solution in PH3 condition and room temperature almost does
not decompose or form sediment if kept for 180 days. It has no
change at if heated to 100oC for 1 hour in the range of PH3 to PH9.
Its final products do not change brown when heated, while the cost
is only 10-30% of that using cane sugar.

STORAGE: Stored in dry, clear and ventilated places. Protect it
from moisture, heat or sunshine. In order to avoid pollution, it is
prohibited to place this product together with poisonous
